I agree with previous comment: the non symmetry gave me the key as where to go and the two steps saver is very interesting. Had fun solving this level.
That one was also part of all the hole boards I was letting aside before... And now, I saw it and gave it a try and solved it within 3 tries!
On my opinion, it's a 1 rather than a 2. Size of the board excludes one target from the first, and the full symmetry for the zones going to the two others makes it clear that one or the other doesn't matter. It also gives two solutions by the way. :D
Side note: maybe a good one for a tutorial about hole boards?
