Another great Santa level! I enjoyed it a lot (and will try again).
I'll think some more, who could have created this one.
EDIT: My second record here got stolen and I'm now badly stuck, 10 off.
Level could be Pana's, could be Reach's, but I'll say it's made by Deathranger. :))
(I might change my mind, and if I do, I'll make another edit).
EDIT 2: now, that I finally solved it, I've changed my mind. Because of one thing in particular I became pretty sure, this level was made by Pana (Panacea)!

Pana or Reach seem most likely authors (will decide, later).
EDIT: I decided this is most likely Reach's level.
