I don't always enjoy levels like this, but inspecting and looking for the right path was actually kinda fun. I do feel like it could've been trimmed down a little, though.
I like when a 2 off is a matter of different routing and ordering. Enjoyable to solve.
I remove one star for the visual: a target located in the middle at 56 steps, with only one empty bottom row, would look nicer.
