Cute one - I like the logic that gets you to the optimal path, but I wish the other false paths were slightly more compelling.

I like when a 2 off is a matter of different routing and ordering. Enjoyable to solve. I remove one star for the visual: a target located in the middle at 56 steps, with only one empty bottom row, would look nicer.
