Edit: tried this level again a year later. It’s still excellent - the initial idea needed to find the optimal solution is really clever and well-executed here. I think my initial review was a bit of an overreaction, but this is still a great level. :) Wish the last two weren’t necessary to cut though, I feel like the true path feels better without the cut.
Not a very good level IMO. A lot of the interest with the fleur construct is to use it in clever ways that require a lot of forethought for how to optimally move through them in different directions. This level has none of that, and it just ends up a little dry.
Neat level. I could tell from the beginning exactly what it was asking me to do, but figuring out the right maneuvers to accomplish that was a bit tricky. Really clever and some nice close false routes too. :)
Edit: tried this again a year after my original attempt. Happy to see that I immediately recognized the logic and solution. Still a really cool level and an excellent one to help understand pipelining.
Excellent. First attempt was a 10-off, but after not thinking about it for a bit and coming back with some fresh eyes, I got a 62 and then the 60 pretty quick. Really nice one!
