This is a really weird level. ;)
I was 6 off, for a looong time. Today, after not playing it for a while, I was even 12 off, first. Then I found a 2 off and thought I was in serious troubles, cause searching for them gave me a few more variations of 2 offs. Then I tried another option, and that one worked. So happy, that I give 5 stars. :))) (and the level IS interesting, to me, but can't say that also very enjoyable, since it's quite long and it's not very exciting to repeat it, over and over again - especialy the parts, where there's nothing to think about, cause it can only go ONE way, for a while - and there are guite many such parts, in here, LOL)
P. S. The weirdest thing is: how can you lose TWO steps in this kind of level? ;) (jk)
Listen to Sspenst’s review and good luck. With some persistence this too will fall.
Another nightmare level finally removed from the board! With this clear only 2 pre pathology levels are left with stepcounts > 500
On 2nd try. The route is forced and there is only one location offering two different ways to go through. So, if we land 2 off on first try, it means that at this location, it was the other way round and we got it on 2nd try.
Sort of like the No Name brand, it is a bit hard to place this level and it does a little bit of everything. Not great, not terrible. A bit janky but has some interesting elements.
There's one central concept you need to figure out, after that it's a matter of figuring out how to use this trick as many times as possible. At the moment 706 looks optimal to me, there's a lot of nontrivial maneuvering to shave off the last two moves.
