Had to take a break to refresh my mind as I was stuck 2 off for quite a while.
Today, I came back to it and solved it rapidly. I did study a bit and realized that there is only one specific action that could allow to save steps. So I focused on that action specifically while trying not to change too much of my 2 off route and eventually it worked. Happy me!
Well, I was off and on on that level for a long time, always stuck 2 off. And right now, a few seconds ago, it seems I did something different, because I won! Only... What was that? I can't identify the 2 steps saver...

I understood and can hardly believe it: it was just a matter of ordering, nothing more. So I worked all those times on finding a different route, while I was on the right one but just needed to do something a bit later... ROFL
That level was very hard to me. I won, but am still confused about it. The paths of the 3 blocks are very intricated together, in a large free room, what made it really difficult to me.
For those still stuck, in case it can help: instead of aiming at the final target square, I did set 2 intermediate targets, the 2nd one corresponding to where I want the blocks to be when arriving in final bottom zone.
Then I first worked on saving steps up to those intermediate locations, and eventually, that made me arrive in the last zone as required to do 62 on the real target.
For me, the route leading 2 off is intuitive, the one allowing the 2 steps saver is not. I had it hard to "reset" my mind from the 2 off route and build up a different one. For me, it's more a case of "seems longer, is shorter".
I needed such a long time to find the exit... I couldn't understand. Today, I come back to it and blindly tried different holes killing, even knowing that those that would lead me nowhere, and as usual with that method, out of the mess, I saw the light... ROFL
I had no 2 off. I went straight from not finding the exit to winning.
Had a 2 off, fortunately rapidly solved. The initial configuration gives an important key to solving, thanks to global orientation of the blocks. Enjoyable.
