REALLY cool optimization in one part of the level, unfortunately the design is just all over the place and there's a ton of very obvious filler sections. This trick in a more streamlined level would be excellent.

Wasted space aside, I think this is a very good introduction to this pattern. When making loops around a grid like this it's extremely easy to get stuck 4 off, and learning why the cut works when you get it is important.

I hope this 90 steps is the shortest way. Got lucky, today and solved it 1st try (that was not the case, be4).
