Interesting concept. There was one key idea that helped me get from 279 to 277, it makes a lot of sense when you see it. I looked for a bit but couldn't find any more cuts, so hopefully this record is safe for now...
if you want to make this more painful, I suggest having blocks that you can accidentally and uselessly shove out of the way (wasting a turn), that way the player (me) can't just mash wasd+udlr simultaneously to make it go 2-4x as fast
The 94 is nice, I had a couple 96s before getting it

Wow, the first time I set a new record. Since no one has beaten it (technically), it's now an SGM - but I still consider this PhD level... But now I wonder if it will be pushed further?
